Our Activities

Our program offers victims of terrorism and their families a wide range of activities and workshops designed to bring people together, stimulate creativity, and explore new interests. Join us to experience exciting adventures and discover new resources.

Writing & Life

Over the course of the two-day workshop, we will alternate creative writing sessions with moments of relaxation and bodily expression.

Although trauma is at the heart of everyone's difficulties, we don't intend to focus on the traumatic experience. We will simply offer gentle, stimulating instructions with the aim of opening up the imagination, helping to rediscover the joy of inventing, and reconnecting with the great universal heritage of poetry and literature...

Sharing is important, as is trust in the group. We guarantee a safe and welcoming environment.

Powerplate

Discover the revitalising effects of Powerplate, a cutting-edge fitness technology that uses vibrations to improve muscle strength, flexibility and circulation. With or without a sporting habit, you can get your body moving again to energise it and give it the energy flow that keeps you healthy.

The sessions are adapted to each individual and customised to your specific needs. A unique opportunity to (re)discover your inner mobility in a small group of two.

Horses & Nature

In a peaceful verdant setting, we invite you to take a break, meet the horses and enjoy a moment of well-being to recharge your batteries, relieve tension, slow down, take time for yourself and welcome whatever comes your way.

In this workshop we've put together different approaches to give you a toolbox for your everyday life.

Depending on how comfortable you are with the horse, the meeting will take place in a space with it, either free or nearby, under our supervision. The activities are carried out on the ground. No experience of horses is required.

Nature Walk

We welcome you to join us for a leisurely stroll through the great outdoors, exploring less-traveled paths without the need to fret over the route, all in a welcoming atmosphere. Engaging in movement amidst nature aids in reconnecting with oneself and fellow participants, offering a wellspring of tranquility and equilibrium, while also unveiling fresh insights and perspectives.

We tailor the distance and style of each walk to accommodate the group's preferences and requirements. Following each excursion, we invite you to unwind and recharge with a soothing cup of tea paired with delectable homemade pastries, providing a perfect conclusion to your outdoor adventure.

Art & Drawing

We set up a 'still life' with objects of our choice.

These could be plates, vases, fruit, flowers or anything else.

We'll come up with a nice composition and then draw it. Everyone has their own idea of what they want to do and how they want to draw it.

I'm here to guide you at your own pace. Nothing is required, anything is possible.

First Aid

Convinced of the individual and collective benefits of first aid training, we offer a workshop consisting essentially of a description of the first aid chain, with a pragmatic, objective, and calm approach to the role of first responders; first-aid training adapted to the participants and the variety of conditions they may encounter; a discussion of both the "technical" (hard skills) and "human" (soft skills) aspects of medical emergencies; and an open discussion forum to address any questions or past experiences from a first-aid perspective.

Theatre

Theatre is acting!

How do you find joy in theatre? Through improvisation and playful exercises we discover the power of 'pretending'. Pretending makes anything possible: there are no mistakes, every idea is an addition to what already exists. It gives you the opportunity to be someone else or to do something that isn't possible in everyday life.

We're mainly going to experiment and have fun, we're not working with a text and the aim is not to prepare for a show. Previous experience of theatre is not necessary.

Come and discover with us the art of "pretending".

Photography

We're going to appeal to your sense of observation, without having to get down to the business of taking and developing photographs. First, we'll "look at the light", analyzing the values between light and shadow, through a window cut out of a sheet of paper. We'll reproduce what we see and feel in our own way. Beyond the artistic look and the pure technique of photography, we'll learn to sharpen our eye for the elements outside, having fun with shadows and highlights.
